Risk in goods passes to you upon delivery to the address provided. We are not responsible for issues caused by incorrect delivery details or failure to receive or collect a delivery.

 

Delivery

Some deliveries may require a signature. If you request that a parcel is left in a designated “safe place”, this is done at your own risk.

Cancellation Rights (Consumers)

Prices & Payment

All prices are displayed in GBP (£) and include VAT where applicable. Prices may change at any time, but changes will not affect orders that have already been accepted.

For deliveries outside the UK (if offered), import duties or taxes may be charged by local authorities. These charges are your responsibility.

Payment must be authorised and successfully processed before goods are dispatched or services provided.

If we identify an obvious pricing error before accepting your order, we may cancel the order and refund any amount paid, or contact you to confirm whether you wish to proceed at the correct price.

Discount codes are subject to eligibility rules and may be amended or withdrawn at any time. Unless stated otherwise, only one discount code may be used per order.

Food & Perishable Items (If Applicable)

Where food or perishable items are sold, date and allergen information is based on manufacturer packaging and may change. Always check products upon delivery before use.

Products may be prepared or packed in environments where allergens are present. We cannot guarantee the absence of allergens.

Certain products may be affected by temperature or handling during transit. We are not responsible for changes caused by conditions outside our control after dispatch.

 

Competitions

From time to time, we may run competitions or promotions. Each competition will be subject to specific rules, which will be published at the time.

Entry into a competition constitutes acceptance of the applicable rules.

 

Reviews & User Content

Multibuy Offers

Multibuy promotions apply only to qualifying items as stated. If items from a multibuy offer are returned (except where faulty), we may adjust your refund to reflect the non-promotional price of any items kept.

 

Free Gift Promotions

Free gifts are limited to one per qualifying transaction unless stated otherwise and are subject to availability.

Free gifts cannot be purchased separately. Orders placed solely to obtain a free gift may be cancelled. If a free gift is sent in error, it must be returned if requested.
